rakEM2 measurement question

Bohumil Maco
Hi there,

I am seeking solution for my problem: I am reconstructing large volume
acquired by block-face SEM. In my first half volume I reconstructed and
annotated more than 5000 nuclei (AreaLists). To some of them I also added
to the AreList Name some comments.

And here is my problem: In the TrakEM2, when I do Measure, the AreaList
results window contains only ID field with the ID number of the area list
together with all the measurements values...

Is there way to include also the ArealList Name (as I defined during
painful annotation process) to the AreaList result? This would be huge help
for me later when sorting and looking the cvs file in Excel later.

Thank you very much for any hints or ideas.

Cheers,

Bohumil Maco

Hi Bohumil,
Via scripting, associating the ID and name is possible. See examples of code querying Displayable objects like AreaList here:

Best,
Albert
