Transltion recordings in 3d viewer

jaaacck
Hi

I am trying to use the freehand recording tool in the 3D Viewer to zoom in
on specific locations of my image stack. However, the zoom tool just moves
into the centre of the image. Is there any way to translate the camera or
the image so it can zoom in to specific locations?

I read the 2009 IMAGEJ Digest and was wondering if you have successfully
implemented the translation or if there has been a plugin created in the 10
years that can do something similar.

Best
Jack

There are some oddities in the implementation of this tool,  I have found
that rather than use the mouse controls, I can do much better by using the
arrow keys.  Pressing Shift, or Ctl or Alt while you use the keys changes
from zoom to translation, etc.
