Threshold problem

Michael Peffer
red threshold highlighted pixels are converted to white rather than the normal black. How do I change back to normal??
I've deleted, re-imported, re-booted, no change. Cannot measure or measure particles now

Re: Threshold problem

Straub, Volko A. (Dr.)
Hi Michael,
Have you changed the 'Dark Background' tick in the threshold dialogue? You can also invert the image after thresholding, which should solve the problem.
Hope this helps,
Volko

Dear Micheal,

Check if under Process > Binary > Options... Black Background is selected. Some plugins or macros sometimes change this setting; it should be deselected.

Best wishes

Kees

If you are using macro you may add this line
run("Convert to Mask");
just after color threshold and before measure.
