Dubravka Trakic
Hello,

I have images from western that are acquired with odessey maschine from Licor (chemi), and saved as tiff images. Can I use Image J to analyse them.

Thanks,

Dubravka

Re: Odessey from licor

Herbie
Good day Dubravka,

please study the ImageJ user guide and especially section 30.13:
<https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/docs/guide/146-30.html#toc-Subsection-30.13>

There you find a lot more references dealing Gel Analysis.

Regards

Herbie

Hi Dubravka and Herbie.

Not to diss IJ, but Licor does make available a free analysis program for
their images -- called Image Studio.  On the other hand, I think IJ allows
a deeper understanding of the process.
