Macro on ImageJ

Hello,

I contact you because I need help to create a macro on imageJ which retrieves the orientation (angle), the level of gray and localization (x, y) local in each pixel.
How to do ?

how can a pixel have an orientation?

Did you have a look at the ImageJ-plugin "OrientationJ" that does local
orientation analysis?

Thank you for your answer

Let me explain.
I have an image of fibers with different orientations except that OrientationJ gives me local orientations not the orientation of the fibers.
The idea is to create a macro that would find fibers (greater than or equal to a given size) and their orientations.
How can I do?

Sorry but you wrote:

If you want the dominant global orientation instead, then please post a
typical image.

I see little hope for restricting the analysis to certain fiber lengths.
