It would be very helpful to me if I could somehow have an image appear full-screen under Windows. That is, without any controls, titles, menus, borders, etc. Like the View > Full Screen option in good old Windows Paint. And without expanding or compressing the image (use black borders if it's smaller than the full screen, crop to fit if its larger). And, ideally, from a macro and with the ability to specify which screen to use on multiple-monitor systems.
This has come up before on the list, about 7 years ago, but there doesn't seem to have been a simple/complete/definitive answer.
