Hi Fabrice,

I successfully used ImageJ to extract the raw intensity data, then
visualized/analyzed the recovery curves with easyFRAP:
https://doi.org/10.1093/bioinformatics/bts241

As the name suggests, this tool is easy to use.
More sophisticated and powerful solution can be found here:
http://www.fraptoolbox.com/
