Dynamic ROIs

Gonzalo Sanchez
Hi!

Does anyone know if it is possible to define an ROI that changes its shape in an image sequence? I got to the point of having the edge of the shape established but unable to convert it into an ROI.

Thanks,

Gonzalo

Good day Gonzalo Sanchez,

could you please be more specific in what you mean by a
"ROI that changes its shape" ?

Changes from circular to square or more complicated, or simply changing
the size?

And please, what is "the edge of the shape" of a ROI?

Quite clueless

Dear Gonzalo Sanchez,

did you try

Edit > Selection > Create Selection

to convert a binarized object (mask) to a selection (ROI) ?

Best
